These General Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which the company DRESCH & NUNES LDA , a legal entity with NIF 517854481, with registered office at Rua Da Fonte, Nr 49, Un 3B, 2410-261, Leiria, Portugal, established as Importer, Distributor and Official Manager of the MADENNA® brand in Portugal , and from now on responsible for the E-commerce portal “ www.madenna.pt ”, now known only as “Madenna.pt”, will be governed by:

» The Madenna.pt service consists of making available and supplying a set of products, in order to allow the user, who is assigned the status of customer, to order and purchase online the products presented therein.
» When using Madenna.pt implies acceptance and full agreement with all parameters present in the Terms and conditions described, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at the time you access Madenna.pt.
» If you do not accept, partially or fully, any of the conditions stipulated, you should not make purchases at Madenna.pt. If you access Madenna.pt, you are committed and responsible for respecting the conditions set out on this page and in the Privacy Policy.
» Madenna.co.uk reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. You are advised to periodically check the Terms and Conditions to investigate any changes or updates.

Madenna.pt informs customers about the characteristics, descriptions, images or videos of each product on each page available. Madenna.pt is committed to making its products available clearly and correcting possible errors that may occur as soon as possible.
Madenna.pt concisely presents the prices of each product, including VAT rates, shipping costs applied to each order and other additional costs that may be applicable.
Information about products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns and services may be updated and changed by Madenna.com at any time.

Intellectual property:
Madenna.pt is a registered online store, and the service provided is the responsibility of DRESCH & NUNES LDA. The content, domain, information present and made available on Madenna.pt are the property of DRESCH & NUNES LDA or were granted to it, and are therefore protected by copyright and related rights. Any and all use, reproduction, copying or dissemination of visual, audiovisual or written content is subject to prior approval by Madenna.pt.
The customer undertakes to fully respect the aforementioned conditions and rights, as well as to refrain from acts that may go against the law and rights such as copyright, related rights, among other legislation applicable to the use of images, videos, content, etc., without express approval from Madenna.pt. Madenna.pt cannot be held responsible for any misuse of such products.

Payment methods:
Madenna.pt offers the following payment methods:

After payment is completed, Madenna.pt will carry out a standard check, so that the order can be processed and shipped. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid, as well as the corresponding invoice.

Product availability:
All products and/or services available on Madenna.pt can be purchased, except in cases of stock shortages or limitations, as well as made-to-order products, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without notice, but in these circumstances they will be appropriately identified on Madenna.co.uk.
If the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, Madenna.pt undertakes to contact the customer, by telephone or email, as quickly as possible in order to speed up the process with the same .

Fees and taxes:
At Madenna.pt the prices shown are in Euros (€), with the appropriate VAT and tax rates applied in accordance with current law, which are already included in the price shown.

Order cancellation:
The customer may cancel an order placed while it is being processed. You are requested to inform Madenna.pt via the following email contact: [atendimento@madenna.pt]
If the cancellation request was made after the order had been shipped, it will be sent for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. Madenna.co.uk is not responsible for possible delays in handling order cancellations. Madenna.pt reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond the control of Madenna.pt.

Free Resolution:
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract/order.
If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, they may do so via email [atendimento@madenna.pt]. When terminating the contract within the legal deadline, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any offers that accompany the main product. Madenna.pt must refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and
return form.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and in which the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree Law No. 24/2014.

Disclaimer:
When creating and using an account on Madenna.pt, the customer is responsible for maintaining the account, confidentiality and all activity arising from their account.
By creating a user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up-to-date version.
Madenna.pt is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access and proper functioning of the online store.
Madenna.pt is not responsible for possible damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, of the products and/or services made available, as well as for any delay or unforeseen circumstances in the delivery of orders.
